Fernanda's internship through the Brazilian government and the Schook lab has ended, and she is returning to Brazil on April 25th. She will continue her current research, as well as complete her B.S. degree in Brazil. Her time with the Schook lab was rewarding on both ends, as she greatly contributed to the oncopig project. The Schook lab celebrated her successful internship by holding a "going away" luncheon on April 19th.
