Lauren received her Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with minors in Animal Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Illinois. She worked for 2 years in the Comparative Genomics Lab on various Oncopig projects. She is currently enrolled in veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin specializing in small animal medicine.
